      Friendly environment with chances to meet and greet other tutors, free snacks available in the teachers' lounge

      Kontras

      Complete lack of communication with director and what's in store for you in the future, pay is same whether you tutor one student or multiple at a time, overall an unprofessional atmosphere with directors dressed like they're at home.
