High workload, poor communication, ongoing restructuring, and minimal transparency. Work-life balance is virtually non-existent. There’s a pattern of reactive decision-making, limited collaboration across teams, and inconsistent management. Morale tends to be low, and staff are often left in the dark about business direction.
