The district and regional management do not care about the employees. Specifically the issues caused by sudden schedule changes, namely finding a sitter and annoyed clients. And everyone knows that right in the middle of the HUGE November/December rush is NOT a time to relocate to a different salon -- and extremely difficult at best.
