The lack of respect and common decency this company displays for its employees is unacceptable, especially coming from a company who claims to be “people proud”. The treatment of employees is simply unethical. The contract workers hired (J1,H2B, and traveling) were treated like absolute garbage. Uprooted from their homes with promises that were never fulfilled to the slightest. Thrown in old 1960s run down motels. Allotted 2-5 roommates, a half inch thick cot, 1 (cup, bowl, plate, spoon, fork, knife), a shared community fridge, and ROACHES. Incompetent senior management seems to prefer self-important people who puff themselves up with pseudo-intellectual jargon. So, you get people in upper management who prefer micromanaging coupled with the lack of basic communication skills. Unrealistic expectations with insane work hours (70 plus hours a week, on a salary basis). Absolutely no work/life balance. Employees are over worked, under paid and under appreciated. Senior management commanded employees to do illegal activities with no concern for their safety to acquire the demanded results. Smart, talented people are leaving because this place doesn’t value them.
