After COVID-19 this company literally took a turn for the worst. The company, its senior leadership, and upper management don't care about the ramifications of the pandemic, nor the health or wellbeing of its employees. This company demonstrates it to be "people proud," which should be translated into more of indentured servitude. They pay absolutely horrible, treat their employees both corporate and field housekeepers like Straight garbage. To the company you are just another number to help them gain profit, they don't care about the employee, company culture, or anything. Disgusting company. For any employee, looking for an entry-level job please look elsewhere, even a sweatshop will treat you with more decency.
