Project management based on word-of-mouth without proper documentations. 5. Company has too many projects without a focus, resulting in crappy proof-of-concepts pretending to be products. 6. Burned tons of money buying useless equipment and starting useless projects. This has improved recently because there are no more money to burn. 7. The company seems to be in trouble because many has been laid off this year.
