Management talk about diversity and inclusion but the reality is that proof is in the pudding - majority of the office is white Middle aged men with female staff unfairly treated. Business will not hold people accountable for those that are not performing - which creates a culture of a few very hard working individuals having to deliver for majority of their team. Claims function is shambolic - and this is being kind.
