      Clean and conducive office environment

      Observed multiple instances that many of the managers are overly-absorbed with their rank/superiority and appeared to be handicapped in even managing simple tasks that a junior member can do in less than 30 seconds. Quite disappointing to learn of such attitude in a well-established company like Marsh.
