Supportive colleagues, free environment, frank behavior of people in Marquery, most important is that there is wall of resepct but not of fear bewteen higher and lower level people.

The comapny has just started and it is being fed with dedication, layalty, hard work by employees so whhatever the cons at present, are going to be converted into pros very soon.
