Morale is at an all time low, and you'll likely work with teams who hate their job. You'll work late nights and occasional weekends to meet deadlines, because no one has the balls to collaborate with clients on better scheduling. It's all about keeping the clients happy, because the company has to meet it's number, and losing a client would cause another layoff. Lastly, if you think you have a career path here, good luck. It's a snails race. You'll be told of a promotion or raise, but it won't happen for months because, "I put it in the system, but haven't heard back". 6 months down the road, and you'll still be waiting.
