Where do I begin? The lies? The scheduling? The fact every manager you work with is two faced in order to save their OWN butts from looking bad? Let me just start out by saying I was introduced to this company, or rather, target mobile with such excitement and trust in the fact that it will change my life. It was so unbelievably sugar-covered and perfectly worded by my recruiter. I just HAD to take the job. I figured with all of that paperwork they give you plus the drug test they have you take meant serious business. I was sadly mistaken. Literally a week in I was in tears. Not only do they throw you out on the floor after 2 days of "training", they expect you to fix all technical issues practically on your own while customers stand by verbally assaulting you for being "incopitent" because the system crashes and they can't buy their fancy new iPhone. It's an endless cycle of being yelled at over things you cannot control and being taken advantage of by your manager. You are promised a schedule that is set in stone yet overnight it is changed and you get written up for not being there. You are also promised fantastic commission but it SUCKS. Forget about growth and moving up. Not enough room for that. I quit out of the blue just 2 days ago because I was told I had to come in even though I look at my schedule every hour of the motherfreaking day to make sure it doesn't change, and it does suddenly. I was not about to be treated like a peasant whom they can push around and make them happy and kiss their feet. NO F'S GIVEN. I hope you find somewhere less chaotic to work.
