The “higher ups” make a point to get to know you and speak with you when given the chance. Just overall a kind and energetic atmosphere at a company that genuinely cares about the people that work there.

We could use more diversity

Clean environment, stable hours, nice break room, company quarterly meetings were impressive, good pay

inconsistent work flow, rules were set but not enforced (I.e. phone etiquette, proper safety guidelines for lifts, break times) opportunities for growth were stifled
