Terrible work culture that is 100% for the benefit of the company and NOT the people that are doing all of the work. They preach “people first” - what kind of a “people first” company does a mass layoff effecting loyal employees that have worked there for 10, 15, 30 years?? Absolutely zero room for growth despite what they promise you. If you’re a female, dont even dream of a promotion, but expect to be rewarded with more work for doing good work… IF you can even get your projects done without management getting in the way and causing unnecessary challenges. Their most recent Brand Directors are a joke. Useless authoritative positions that provide zero leadership qualities and zero value to business growth. When business is good, all praise goes to top level management. When business is bad, all blame goes to lower level employees that carry the workload every single day. Salaries are not competitive and if you do manage to get a raise (merit or otherwise), it will be held over your head at any chance. This company is currently claiming to be “growing” and in an “exciting time”, with “great things ahead”, and a lot of open positions posted. Just know that these positions are open because of the recent round of unexplained firing they did, and their revenue and growth is at an all time low while turnover is at an all time high. Red flags everywhere but they are hidden behind *some* good benefits and lots of false promises. Take your experience elsewhere.
