None - leadership was disconnected from most of the staff and did not value contributions unless you agreed with all of their decisions. Seemed to be a "yes" man type shop where any dissent was silenced.

Long hours and low pay - plus you had to be actively working to find ways to eliminate your position. Outsourcing / Single Sourcing was viewed as the key to saving costs even when it compromised quality of the deliverables.
