The people do great work, collaborate and as 'previous' leadership instilled in us 'we are client first'. We have a great clients.... you get to work with Fortune 500 companies. Office happy hours.
Kontras
The momentum, innovation and client focus has declined with the new leadership. There is a lack of focus and lots of swirl (you don't know what the strategy is now). No focus on the talent or great work that we do.... creates a toxic environment. We once had that and it was great. New leadership focuses on themself.
