Buen sueldo. Algunos buenos compañeros.

Manager que gritan y maltratan a los empleados, sin importar si son manager de Argentina o de USA, que no saben tratar con personas, hacen micromanagmente, exigencias absurdas, te piden trabajar fuera de hora, y si no pasas el informe a tiempo no te las pagan. No tiene RRHH propio, por lo se centraliza en USA, con todo lo que conlleva los RRHH de USA (poco interes por las personas). Es una empresa que tienen mucho de lo que en los negocios llaman "Bestias Organizacionales", buenos operativamente y crecen por eso, pero unas bestias para dirigir gente, cero empatia.

Pay advertised was not accurate * Lack of transparency in compensation * Wasted time and travel expenses I had a very frustrating experience with the hiring process. I attended the interview and was told my performance was “perfect,” which made it seem like I was a strong candidate. However, the role was advertised at a minimum of $30/hour, and later I was told the actual pay was closer to $20/hour. That’s a major discrepancy and feels very misleading. On top of that, I ultimately received a rejection despite the positive feedback. Between the misleading pay and the outcome, this process felt inconsistent and unprofessional. I also spent time and money on travel (gas) to attend the interview, which makes the experience even more frustrating. Overall, this felt like a waste of time and could have been avoided with clearer and more honest communication upfront.
