Pros

Great benefits (401K, cheap health insurance/dental/vision).

Kontras

The workload was unbearable, I always had to stay late and work overtime. The pay was rather low with the annual review only. The transportation department was always short-staffed - not only we didn't have enough dispatchers/fleet managers, but also we didn't have enough drivers. If you know your position well and get the job done, they will never move you to another department to grow or let you get a different position.

Pay advertised was not accurate * Lack of transparency in compensation * Wasted time and travel expenses I had a very frustrating experience with the hiring process. I attended the interview and was told my performance was “perfect,” which made it seem like I was a strong candidate. However, the role was advertised at a minimum of $30/hour, and later I was told the actual pay was closer to $20/hour. That’s a major discrepancy and feels very misleading. On top of that, I ultimately received a rejection despite the positive feedback. Between the misleading pay and the outcome, this process felt inconsistent and unprofessional. I also spent time and money on travel (gas) to attend the interview, which makes the experience even more frustrating. Overall, this felt like a waste of time and could have been avoided with clearer and more honest communication upfront.
