Pros

Good service variety for customers, but the turnover does not allow to provide good service.

Toxic environment, no training. There are small cells of employees that control everything and will obstruct anyone to keep their job or grow themselves. Management is more worried of kissing up to upper management, they will fire anyone on a days notice, especially if you are a threat. Bad salaries for frontline workers.

Pay advertised was not accurate * Lack of transparency in compensation * Wasted time and travel expenses I had a very frustrating experience with the hiring process. I attended the interview and was told my performance was “perfect,” which made it seem like I was a strong candidate. However, the role was advertised at a minimum of $30/hour, and later I was told the actual pay was closer to $20/hour. That’s a major discrepancy and feels very misleading. On top of that, I ultimately received a rejection despite the positive feedback. Between the misleading pay and the outcome, this process felt inconsistent and unprofessional. I also spent time and money on travel (gas) to attend the interview, which makes the experience even more frustrating. Overall, this felt like a waste of time and could have been avoided with clearer and more honest communication upfront.
