Great pay, some nice people.

Kontras

The girls are catty and judgmental. "Important people" can go out and smoke a cig every hour, for 10 mins, which adds up to over an HOUR paid smoking break every day; but if a "regular person" wants a quick break, they get told no most times. Only a few people get to "work from home" because they are "hard workers". Everyone talks about you behind your back. If you care about your mental health- dont work here.

Pay advertised was not accurate * Lack of transparency in compensation * Wasted time and travel expenses I had a very frustrating experience with the hiring process. I attended the interview and was told my performance was “perfect,” which made it seem like I was a strong candidate. However, the role was advertised at a minimum of $30/hour, and later I was told the actual pay was closer to $20/hour. That’s a major discrepancy and feels very misleading. On top of that, I ultimately received a rejection despite the positive feedback. Between the misleading pay and the outcome, this process felt inconsistent and unprofessional. I also spent time and money on travel (gas) to attend the interview, which makes the experience even more frustrating. Overall, this felt like a waste of time and could have been avoided with clearer and more honest communication upfront.
