The people are great and committed to the job.

Kontras

Management by executives and other managers is poor or lacking and employees are disrespected and under appreciated. Managers are clueless and winging it. There are no structured on boarding processes or in house training programs for employees in place by HR or the management team. The same mistakes are repeated. Resources and work tools are limited, obsolete or non existent. Absolutely no work life balance and little to no compensation for the extra hours that employees are expected to work.

There are no pros if I did not get hired

Pay advertised was not accurate * Lack of transparency in compensation * Wasted time and travel expenses I had a very frustrating experience with the hiring process. I attended the interview and was told my performance was “perfect,” which made it seem like I was a strong candidate. However, the role was advertised at a minimum of $30/hour, and later I was told the actual pay was closer to $20/hour. That’s a major discrepancy and feels very misleading. On top of that, I ultimately received a rejection despite the positive feedback. Between the misleading pay and the outcome, this process felt inconsistent and unprofessional. I also spent time and money on travel (gas) to attend the interview, which makes the experience even more frustrating. Overall, this felt like a waste of time and could have been avoided with clearer and more honest communication upfront.
