Good people and peers. Teams work well together.
Kontras
Doing more with less is a common theme in 2015 and is a problem. Workloads are getting bigger as teams are getting smaller. Layoffs happen regularly and therefore there is no longer a sense of job security. Marin seems to be headed in the wrong direction, which is a shame.
