      -It is completely silent with poor communication, messaging app is the main form of communicating -Owner does not value employees -Employees are hired and fired too frequently -Owner is impatient and quick to judge -Company lacks structure -Company is not transparent -Favoritism is given to Polish-Speakers -Only 30 minute lunch, unpaid -Lunch area is too small for everyone -Issues are not dealt with in private or a professional manner
