There once was a time when good technologies could make up for all the immaturity in a company's hierarchy. Not with MapR. The managers are terminally hopeless.
Kontras
Definitely not a place where contributions are rewarded. Very hostile culture, and creativity gives way to tyrannical managers who have much bigger egos than their heads.
