Because you're working remotely, everything is micromanaged because management doesn't trust their employees to get anything done. Most of the staff is overloaded with work. Constant pivots and changes to the business model multiple times in the same year. As soon as you get used to a process, they have to immediately change it with no solid business reasoning provided. Upper management seems to do nothing while constantly demanding more out of team leaders and designers.
