I work with some great people and like my team mates. The amount of overtime is minimal, and they offer fair compensation for on call requirements. Vacation starts at three weeks and increases to four weeks after four years of service.
Kontras
On-call required, no bonus system, no maternity leave top-up, orientation & guidance for new employees is lacking, too much red tape to approval for reasonable requests.
