None at all. Agents are the worst

The worst insurance company. Beware of them. I bought a family floater plan from an agent in Solapur, Maharashtra. Paid him the entire amount in September 2020. He also said the policy began. Last week, after 6 months, when I wished to claim some bills, I called him and he said your policy was rejected in October. He dint even inform me about the rejection giving me his personal reasons. I agree it might have been difficult due to covid, but 6 months, really! Now I have wasted my 6 months of wait period because of an unprofessional and irresponsible cigna agent. Also, I bought this policy with the hope that given the covid situation, it might be helpful in near future. Now because of this agent, I had to pay more than 2lac from my pocket which is a big overrun for me. Called cigna support and they denied to look into this matter and said this is between the agent and us. The worst part, he hasn't even given me my money back for the rejected policy that I paid in September 2020. Worst experience ever! Save yourself from this horror.
