terribly managed, no advancement opportunities, lied to everyone about their "plans for the future", boring work, toxic environment, very low wages. Strangely enough they don't have neither a short or long term mentality, there's no mentality at all, everything is improvised, their long term plans oppose their short term ones and vice versa, completely asinine. All around a terrible place to work.
