- Allow people from a graduate level -Hybrid working (as the job is able to be done at home) -Friendly team of people, who want to progress & have lots of ambition

Kontras

-Unrealistic workload, huge amount of pressures put on individuals which just piles on & on with no added benefits -Figures driven, not people driven -Poor pay, when you request a pay rise you tend to get parred off with an excuse -They would rather lose people from their team, than pay them an extra few K & go through the act of rehiring making people feel under-valued -Poor training, you just get put in and expected to know what your doing even though they know you are fresh -From high up, the attitude is 'make me money', little to no interest in indiviuals just the top filling their pockets -They don't even pay for a christmas party. There are no rewards for hard work
