Is a medium sized company (1200 approx.) but still run as if it's a couple of hundred employees, lack of HR and CEO micro manages the company. Capped salary. Very low compensation package. The company have shown that they have no respect or morals when dealing with staff and have no interest in your career goals and where you want your career to go. They have proven to be bullies and are full of empty promises. High employee turnover.
