Pros

There is about a 3-4 day training period, but if you are a warm body, anyone can make a 120 calls a day. Nice location.

Kontras

You call all over the US. Rapport is by phone only- you never meet clients face to face. You are paid a draw. Commissions are always split in the first few months. You are expected to make about 500-600 calls a week, sitting at a cubicle.

Pros

Hmmm....There are a couple of classy good people here. Wow! The owner tryings to lift everyone spirits on Friday mornings by bringing in breakfast burritos and company Koolaid for the group. That works until the food is gone.

Kontras

Watch yourself, they are watching and listening to everything you say, do and type. Oh Yes they do, they count and tally up your calls and phone time each day. One of most negative heavy vibe workplaces I've ever experienced. If I knew where else to go right now, I'd be there already. If you're normal and don't make a lot of placements pretty rapidly after starting here you will never break away from their draw compensation plan. When you are paid your ridiculous minimum wage pay check every 2 weeks it's actually a personal loan against your own future commissions. (The Draw) Reps have accumulated large draw debts and are still drinking the Friday Koolaid thinking that the next month will be better, or different than the last year has been for them. It's sad to see all the good people that come, go and just struggle here. A couple of the Senior Recruiters don't even bother being polite or even getting to know the new reps because of the constant revolving rep door, they don't spend the energy to trying to be nice and welcoming unless it's Friday and breakfast burrito time. If the training is so good here, why such a high turn and burn rate of people?
