No overtime available, no weekends available, pay is not competitive, requires more than one job to “make it”, raises are given once per year but not guaranteed, the company makes a lot of money off of the contracts with clients and it isn’t trickled down to employees, HR management is difficult to work with to approve days off and micromanage, weekly meetings with management, high turn over rate, requires ability to train others or work understaffed sometimes, promotions are rare.
