Great for being a pay man

Less micromanaged than other phone jobs.

I was sexually harassed and harassed in various other ways while employed at this agency for 3 years and 4 months. There was derogatory name calling on a daily basis for the first year when I worked inside of the office. For the next 2 years when I worked remotely for this company, there was computer bullying - they would delete my leads from the computer constantly over a 2 year period, making it literally impossible to meet the sales goals and quotas. With that being said, there was then a decreased commission percentage because of not meeting quotas. Towards the end of my career here, when they would actually send me a Live telephone lead to attempt to close and bring on as a client, it would be an 80 year old business owner on their way to retirement and about to close their business - 0% chance of a close rate on the garbage leads that they were giving me. Meanwhile, all of the good leads that would actually convert, were all given to their favorite Account Managers that have worked there for 10-20 years. There is no room for advancement in sales, you're just in the trenches all day, everyday. Do yourself a favor - don't apply. They will purposely go out of their way to make your life miserable. They did it to me for about 3 and a half years. By far, the worst and most stressful job I have ever had in my 40 years living. Don't apply unless you want to be miserable.
