What Mainstream does isn't hard but it's not for everybody Everyone in the business starts entry-level--EVERYONE, including all my current management staff They expect results so if you're not able to apply what they teach you during training, the growth opportunity is also less applicable

i have been here for less than a year and can honestly say it is an amazing team environment! Sales and promotions can be tough, but having an awesome team that constantly supports, encourages and guides you is the best feeling ever! Most of my previous jobs constantly condoned negativity and tension, but here it is unacceptable which is great because it keeps the atmosphere fun and exciting!
