Friendly and casual environment. Little to no micromanagement. Most people in management are willing to listen to new ideas. Overall, the people are what make this company great. From upper management types to the part time people, we all get along. I guess you could say it is a good culture here.

Can be stressful, deadlines seem to creep up or change without notice. At times there is a feeling that decisions have been made, before the meeting to discuss changes or policy.
