Pros
Wonderful, talented people to work with. Office is in a nice neighborhood. Company has a good office with a great full-sized theatre and throws some fun work parties. If any new projects ever started it would be a good place to work.
Kontras
Very top-heavy with management, no new projects in a long while, don't treat employees with a lot of respect or provide career advancement opportunities. Client is a nightmare to deal with but as they are the only client they can get away with it. A lot of turmoil in the past 2 years...went from over 400 employees and many projects to barely over 100 employees and several projects. No job security, unless you're a senior executive. Opportunities aren't given to long-term, proven employees. Company shows no loyalty to their staff.
