Kontras
Understaffed, so you had to cover multiple positions. Also, make you pull a double shift because they had no one else to cover after you. Favoritism, very high. Hires more teens than adults who know how to work. And those teens can't work past a certain time, so you're stuck with all the late shifts. We needed more people for the massive crowds on the weekends.
