Pay was decent. Offered health, dental and insurance. Discount on food and games. Extra long hours supporting their locations due to low corporate staff.

Where does one start. Corporate office was in complete disarray. Leadership didn't know how to lead and were indecisive. Obviously had a payroll system glitch since I was paid well after leaving the company and was even issued a w2 after it was allegedly resolved. 3 CFO's in 2 years in addition to 2 different CIO's 2 development executives, 2 marketing executives and 2 HR executives. Not to mention the countless other staff that have left. The only person to stay in all of this blunder is the CEO. Again the leadership is bad from top to bottom. Their idea is to build more locations to generate more revenue to offset high costs on employee turnover and operating expenses. Obviously the leadership have never studied on what happened to Circuit City. They have a decent concept but it's very poorly executed.
