      Great environment were everyone tries their best to deliver to the client with high regards on quality. Other developers are friendly and try to give a helping hand whenever you need it. Usually you are on top of cutting-edge technology and new industry standards.

      There is no real procedure or document that tells you what is supposed to be your role, or what are the expectations that you need to deliver on.

      - The people, including the owners, are so great and kind—they’re always trying to help and guide you. - The pay rate is good, and in my case, it was better than the overall market.

      Kontras

      - They don’t offer benefits such as PTOs or bonuses. - You will work for a client, so if the contract ends, you may not have another one.
