Pros

In Product Based group. Bad Management People, No Support. 3 Months Notice Period. But they will fire without any information within 1day. Need to work like donkey, never should question any management. VP is DREAM!! They will Never GIVE.. (its part of your CTC only) Incentive is QUESTION MARK always.! Your hard work. not ready to pay you. NO annual hike.. During joining they will promise... NO HIKE... 24*7 and 365 days Changing HR policy and words. HR does not know policy :P (I will get back is the answer always) They will block your Salary, telling no Money in collection. Salary settlement is 90DAY after you leave the company (First Company on earth who have done this) They will keep you in dark and you will dont know when you will get your hard-work money. No job security and ethics.

Entry will be great with fake promise. but living is impossible and exit is too bad. When you join they tell we are great company and during VP, annual hike, incentive they tell we are start up.(Your getting salary be happy) People who are reading this never join magnasoft and spoil your life.

Pros

There are some very knowledgeable and experienced professionals here, but they are very few and far between.

Kontras

Promise work products that they have no real ability or capabilities to deliver on. High level management and managers have little to no understanding of work being completed or timelines to complete, regularly missing deadlines and leaving customers very unhappy with deliverables, timelines, and quality of work. Will not pay contractors or employees as agreed, they will argue with contractors and push off payments as long as humanly possible. Sometimes taking months or longer to resolve payment issues. Do not pay employees in India well, often pushing team members to work extreme hours without full understanding of scope of work meaning tons of man hours are lost to high level management, and employee knowledge issues. Have many undocumented internal processes, that must be adhered to but can not be explained. Management shifts are constantly happening, sometimes changing managers on a month to month basis. Can not internally communicate due to constant meetings trying to correct and address issues, without ever correcting the root cause which is employees and management are not knowledgeable enough other than the few informed individuals who are constantly being shouted down by uninformed higher level management. Terrible company that should have a ground up rebuild before taking on new projects or employees.
