covid situation has gone since 4 years, now it is 2024, but still this company carry forward work from home. Entire Pune IT sector, banking, manufacturing industry already has started work from office. But this company still going on work from home. Due to that others family members are suffer their private life. We can not talk, we can not watch TV. Every time need to stay alert and keep maintain silent due to client call, meeting etc. When this company understand Home is Home not a Office. I have 21 years of experience on Data Center management on various company, but still I write this review due to I miss my HOME as a HOME
