- If you think Machines is a good company, please think again. There aren't many benefits to working here. - Pls avoid marketing department at all cost. A lot of toxic people in this dept especially the manager. - The problem here is because you have manager with a bad leadership in the team. Manager tends to show bias towards team members that they don't like. They will treat you like a whole s**t if you made mistakes or don't meet their expectations to the point they'll mentally torture you until you resign. She'll simply humiliate you and yell at you in front of everyone. - Some team members engage in gossip and backbiting. - The turnover rate in this department is high. It's worth giving it a second thought before joining.

-Favouritism and inconsistent treatment among employees, affecting workplace fairness. -Authority being used in a way that felt excessive or discouraging. -Management decisions at times felt emotionally driven, and would rather lose a good employee than face the issue and search for a resolution. -Strong micro-management culture, even for consistently high-performing employees. -Limited openness to feedback from employees and will receive unfair treatment after, which will contribute to a stressful and discouraging environment. -Shift scheduling and manpower issues were often blamed on the staff, despite requests (approved or unapproved) being made in advance and final decisions being management-approved. -Operational demands often required availability beyond standard working days, including peak periods and holidays. Irregular working hours made it difficult to maintain a consistent work-life balance and recovery time between shifts.
