The only real pro I can think of is on Fridays you get to leave early.
Kontras
Management preaches they want change, but will not listen to those who have experience and expertise. The employee pool is very clique-ish, and nepotism is rampant and obvious. The politics of the company are obvious and if you do not subscribe to their beliefs you are ridiculed. Training, safety, and quality are not top priorities. They are unwilling to accept or entertain change in these areas. Women who have a voice should be leary about considering a career here.
