People are not too picky about your work. Not too much overtime if you plan your own workload responsibly.

Not a lot of team playership. Departments do not work together, but fight each other instead. Certain people get treated like gold no matter how sub-par their work is; other people are treated like second-class citizens. There are huge disparities in pay, not necessarily based on market rates for work performed. Upper management holds a belief that well-trained, experienced people can be easily replaced by interns or the receptionist.
