Compensation and benefits are ok. Schedule has potential to be ok. Pilots who work there are great people and a joy to work with.

Management does not appreciate it's people at all. Employment status is not based on quality or job performance but on whether or not you smiled at someone and whether or not they like you. Managment frequently lies to employees and the owner lies to people during interviews to get them to accept. Management has no long term growth strategy because they fail to realize their incredibly high turnover rate is due to how badly they treat their people. They complain about training costs being high but do not equate that with people leaving over frustration with how they are treated. No one is promoted from within. There are no incentives to stay or work hard. Managment is only concerned about making money at the expense of their people. This company has the highest turnover rate I have ever seen. Someone who stays for a year is considered a long term employee.
