They need to get a new HR honestly. The existing HR doesn't know how to run a professional discussion with the Engineers. She doesn't know how to address the right questions and somehow the conversation is boringly running by interrogation and unnecessary questions that have no association to the HR nor any mutual benefits. My advice to Mace, try to get new professional HR who can give some respect to the candidates who spend time of their days to get this conversation done. Try to invest in someone who interacts with the people reasonably before losing them. Frankly, within the first 5 minutes, I wanted to quit the call because of her. Thanks
