Pros

Really relaxed environment that allows you to learn and grow as an IT professional. The team is friendly and great to get along with. Everyone generally works together to solves problems and there is no typical "hierarchy" where someone is stuck doing grunt work. If you worked at Apple for several years and want to grow your career as an IT professional, this is a great place to land. Learning about networking and SaSS is great. There are a wide variety of clients, technologies, and systems to manage and learn. If you have a good attitude, they will work with you to develop your technical skills.

Kontras

While the flat organization can be a plus, sometimes it leaves people hesitant to tackle on tasks and/or take on responsibility for certain projects. A top-down IT team helps with project management where a Level 1 IT tech may be intimidated by work that should be accomplished or managed by Level 2 or 3.
