As a new employee of Maclntyre I am so satisfied with my new joberoll as a support worker. It's been 4 months I am working as support worker with Maclntyre. I was so worried about my new job that I need to full fill before joining. Staff at Maclntyre gave me a warm welcome on my joining day and I feel so comfortable with the atmosphere. Induction day gave me the exact idea about the company and that make me more easful. Online and face to face trainings provided by the company gave me more information and knowledge that I need to meet in my work. Staff and manager are so friendly to me that I can always share my concerns and they will help to find the solutions. Thankyou.

Support from Management and staff, friendly environment, fun places to work,

Kontras

Night workers lack of sleep, lots of cleaning on top of the care, don't see management as they leave before we arrive for our shift

Flexibility, great understanding of wellbeing, supportive people with good values

Pay is higher at other non-charitable organisations, however the culture and work-life balance makes up for the slight difference in pay
