      Pros

      Fun and interesting work in a high-technology field. Fun coworkers for the most part. The flexible work schedule is very forgiving for family emergencies and other things that pop up in life. Ability to work from home and on the weekends is a plus

      Executive leadership is absolutely clueless when it comes to technology, yet have strong opinions about it. They spout buzzwords and nonsensical technical jargon like ADD squirrels hyped up on high fructose corn syrup, and in general are paragons of ineptitude. They make poor decisions, and blame their subordinates when things go wrong. They make the Pointy Haired boss in Dilbert seem reasonable and competent.

      Pros

      Best Back end support I have seen. They do great, within the contraints of the lame stovepipes that are set up for HR and Timekeeping /Billing. The front end of this company does amazing gyrations to get things that support the earners done. Nothing wrong there! The only reason I give three stars is the front end and the things they do daily to make a bad situation better.

      Top Executive leadership is indecisive and uncommunicative to subordinates. I worked here a couple of years and still had no idea where they wanted to go when they became a real company. Key functions for the worker use the cheapest solution instead of the best value.Timekeeping is not easy, HR system is clunky. Changing policies without consideration for their impact on the field workers that earn the companies majority of income, is a problem that should be worked on.
