Smart founding partners caring about space quality, social impact of architecture & sustainability of projects. Want to make a difference and do. Pros are higher than cons.
Kontras
Beware of some studio managers/partners with poor work-ethic & manipulative/toxic attitude. Company management tends to close eyes on abuse of power & toxic studio management . Can be a lot of pressure due to high ambitions for all projects. Low salary compare to industry standards.
