You will come and go as a ghost. Top heavy, back stabbing management. Lots of favoritism. Horrible communication and planning, causing a large reduction in the workforce. Employees that were making huge contributions to the company were let go, and employees (Production Managment) that are still destroying the employee moral are being rewarded.
